Tentative Schedule:
8:30-9:00: Check-in, meet up with your project crew, get your t-shirt, build your own brown bag lunch, and grab a coffee from Morning Glow Coffee truck
9:00-3:00 Project work
4:00-5:30: Dinner, raffle, pull-up competition

Food:
Breakfast: Come grab your morning coffee at Muir! The Morning Glow coffee truck will be there in the parking lot, serving amazing coffee drinks! $2 off for the first 50 drinks as a Muir Trail Day special! Come hungry if you’d like, because we will have cinnamon rolls courtesy of Daniel Boone Coffee Shop.
Lunch: This year you will “build your own” brown bag lunch in the shelter before heading out to your project. We will have sandwich fixin’s (lunchmeat, cheese, PB&J, hummus, veggies), bakery items, fruit, chips – everything you need to whip up something to take with you. Gluten Free and Vegan Options available.
Dinner: The folks from Skybridge Station will be grilling dogs when the work is done – starting around 4. We will have a couple sides as well. Vegetarian options will be available! Plan to stay for dinner, the raffle and pull up contest! Feel free to BYOD (Alcoholic beverages are OK at the Muir shelter – as long as you are done climbing!) We will also have limited beverages supplied by sponsors West 6th Brewing, Athletic Brewing (non-alcoholic), and Ale-8-1.
What to Bring:
In the interest of minimizing plastic bottles and our environmental impact, we encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle. There is a spot at the shelter to fill up water bottles. If you forget your water bottle we will have some water bottles there as well as other drinks.
If you plan to stay for dinner, please bring your own chair and your own cooler with beverages. In Muir Valley tradition, please consider bringing a dessert to share!
Tools/Gear: Some of the projects involve tools. If you have work gloves, safety goggles, drills, impact drivers, or cordless circular saws, you are welcome to bring them. In the interest of safety, we ask that you are mindful of sharing your tools with others.
